足球英語的單詞特點（二）：言簡意賅

今天說下足球英語言簡意賅這個特點。
何為言簡意賅？即言語簡練而意思完整，這里試著用三個詞語來說明足球英語這個特點：from distance，at speed，assist。
有人遠射破門，這個射門距離很遠，那“距離很遠”用英語怎么說？
from long distance ？錯！
from distance ？對！
只要一說射門是from distance，老外就知道這是long shot遠射，即意識到這球至少是大禁區(qū)外射的。例句：
Liverpool took an early lead after Emre Can scored from distance against Huddersfield.
Salah chips Ederson from distance for Liverpools fourth.
高速帶球，快速反擊，這個“高速”、“快速”用英語怎么說？
at high speed ？錯！
at speed？是的，這樣就足以表達了。
例句如下：
His ability to carry the ball upfield at speed would enhance Chelseas already formidable counter attacking threat.

assist是助攻，有助攻就肯定有進球，所以只要說assist each other（互相助攻）就足以表達漢語中互傳互射的意思。阿森納官網(wǎng)賽后報告原句如下：
